Allied will take all the steps necessary to assist you with the Waiver Application; obtaining Provider orders, entering the application into the Medicaid portal and keeping a constant check on any updates.
By partnering with other agencies within the state, we can provide personal care, light home making, meal preparation, laundry, taking out the trash, medication reminders and errands (grocery store, doctor appointment, beauty shop., etc).
Specialized trained individual assigned to you to develop a plan of care that meets your needs. Providing monthly checks and obtaining incontinent supplies through Goods & Services for those that qualify.
