Melinda Hoover runs Allied Adult as a whole. She helped start the company in March of 2023.
She has been involved with the Medicaid Waiver program for 20+ years and has been a RN for 31 years.
She has been married for 42 years to the love of her life, grown son and 2 grandchildren. When Melinda is not in the office you will find her hunting and fishing or making a quilt.
Madeline has been with the company since November of 2023.
She first started working with waiver in 2019 and has been doing this line of work for 5+ years. She enjoys her role and loves interacting with caregivers and clients.
When Maddie is not in the office you may find her spending time with her family or friends.
Madison is an experienced professional with a decade of expertise in billing, payroll, and financials. Having spent ten years honing her skills in these areas, she brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to her work. She is a proud college graduate from the University of Southern Indiana – Go, Eagles! Outside of her professional life, Madison is a big Disney enthusiast. Her dedication to both her career and personal interests makes her a well-rounded and driven individual.
Jessica has been with Allied since January 2024. She started her healthcare career in 2018 as a CNA. She has been working with waiver patients since 2021. When Jessica is not in the office, she likes being outside on her farm or with her family.
Jessica Everly has been with us since Feb 2025. She takes care of scheduling.
On her days off you can find her spending time with family and probably baking or with her nose in a book.

Dean has been with our agency since 2024.
You may know Dean as a previous case manager, he has now transitioned into the office to help lead our case managers and help people in Kentucky get the waiver program!
